Amethyst hosts Technical Summit.  Amethyst announces spin-out companies Garnet Technologies and Topaz Thermoelectrics, while announcing new collaborative agreements with Cerium Laboratories and Lightwave Photonics.  Attendees included the Oklahoma Secretary of Commerce and leading scientists throughout Oklahoma and North Texas.
